How to Order Your Stationery
We recommend that you order a sample of your chosen stationery before placing your order with us.The cost of up to two samples will be redeemed once you place your order with us. Once you have decided upon your order, please email us and we will send you an order form for you to complete. We suggest that you order ALL your stationery requirements in one order so that we may guarantee continuity of stock items and design.
We are happy to offer samples from any of our design ranges. The price of up to two samples will be redeemed with any order placed.

All stationery is handmade at our craft shop in Nantwich, to order and therefore please allow up to 4 weeks from proof approval for delivery of your invitations unless an alternative delivery time has been agreed. Please contact us if a shorter dispatch time is necessary. Other items such as Order of Service/ Menus etc. can sent nearer the time of the wedding. In order to avoid disappointment, particularly during busy periods at the beginning of the year, we recommend that you order your wedding invitations ideally 4-6 months prior to your wedding although we realise that some brides may want to order up to a year before the wedding date
Once we have received your deposit and order form we will send you layout proofs of your first dispatch items (save the date, invitations, RSVPs) via email within 7 days. Once these have been amended and approved by you we will send one copy of each finished item to you via post for final approval. Please note that these items are finished products and not proofs. If any further changes need to be made we will need to charge for these items. Once approved, the rest of your order will be dispatched within 4 weeks. For on the day items (order of service, menus, place cards, table plans) we will send your proofs no later than 4 weeks prior to your wedding. We require your information to complete these items at least 6 weeks before your wedding day.
On completion of your order form we will require a 50% deposit of the order value (non-refundable) before production work can begin. We will require full payment (including postage) prior to dispatch of your order. Payment can be made by cash in person, cheque, by credit/debit card viaour shop or Paypal. Please make cheques payable to Impressions Crafts.
Delivery for wedding orders will be made by parcelforce recorded delivery unless otherwise requested. Next day special delivery service is available at a small extra charge.
If you cancel your order a cancellation fee will be payable as follows: 0% of order value if order is cancelled before work commences 50% of order value if email proofs have been dispatched 100% of order value once proofs have been approved and production work has begun
