Prices

At Impressions Crafts, we try to keep are prices low and increases to a minimum, but reserve the right to apply price increases passed on to us by our suppliers, where necessary.

Warranties

Goods are usually covered against defects in manufacture for 12 months. Details of these are contained with the packaging.

Undelivered goods

Under UK law, you are entitled to a cooling off period after placing your order. You may cancel your order without giving a reason and return your goods within 7 working days, following the day of receipt for a full refund on all charges other than postage. Goods must be returned new and unused. Where goods are supplied in sealed packs or containers they must be unopened. The cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibly of the customer. You are advised to obtain proof of postage from the post office. We are not responsible for the loss of any items during transit.

Faulty goods

In the unfortunately event of faulty goods being received, please contact us immediately to arrange their return. They must be returned to us or we must be informed of the return within 7 days of receipt. You original postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods will be refunded. We can not be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us. We recommend that goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure safe receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any customer returning goods within seven working days is entitled to a full refund and the initial delivery charge, under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Accuracy

At Impressions Crafts we have used reasonable care and skill in compiling the content of this site and we accept no reasonability or liability for inaccuracy, errors or omissions. We also accept no responsibility or liability for any damage or injury to persons or property arising from the use of any instructions.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, anyone under the age of 18 is not eligible to use our Service. Data Retention We will continue to retain any information collected from a User of our Service as long as the Users account is deemed active. When a Users account is deemed inactive, we will remove information as set out below: Content of trial accounts, that have been inactive (no log in) for 6 months, will be automatically deleted. Content of closed accounts that were once subscribed to our Service, that have been inactive for 12 months, will be automatically deleted.

We may still hold personal information of inactive accounts under the following conditions: If required to do so in order for us to continue our duties as a domain registrar or other domain hosting services If required for financial records in line with UK accounting and taxation laws (for a period of at least 6 years, plus the current year)
