How to order : For internet orders, simply use the product menu on the left hand side of the page and select the category. Select your product, read the information & look at the pictures. If you would then like to purchase the item click the ‘Add To Basket’ button to order the item.You will be guided through the process, and asked to enter your contact details. Payment is taken through paypal, ensuring that the process is totally secure. For details on Paypals security policies please click here.Once your products have been added to your shopping basket you can continue shopping and check out at your own convenience by clicking the Checkout Button which is on the top right hand corner of every page.

Delivery information: Minimum purchase is £5.00 We will take every care to make sure that all orders are packed to the highest standard.

Delivery / Shipping:  Non-bespoke orders will normally be shipped within 3 days.  
Orders placed for personalised wedding stationery will be shipped with 6-8 weeks from time of order.  No personalised orders will be shipped until the customer (you) have approved all electronic proofs for printing, you will receive these by email within 10 working days of placing your order.  
Most orders over the royal mail 'small packet' size are shipped by courier, normally Parcelforce UK.  Items sent by Parcelforce UK will arrive next day within NI & ROI from leaving Impressions Crafts and 48hrs to mainland UK.  Items shipped via Royal Mail and will typically arrive within 2-3  days.  
We currently only ship to UK and Ireland, please contact us if you live outside of these regions.

Setting up an account: When you order you will be asked if you would like to set up an account with us. In recognition of your rights to confidentiality. Impressions Crafts are committed to protecting your privacy. 

Order processing: Internet orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday. (Except bank holidays) Telephone orders can only be placed between the hours of 10.00am and 5.00pm.

Postal ordering: If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order then you can write or telephone your order. Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of your cleared payment.

Delivery times: We will endeavor to ship all goods on the same working day, but please allow up to 10 working days delivery. If there is going to be a delay in despatching your goods, (eg a large part of your order is out of stock) we will let you know, and advise you of the expected despatch date. Wedding cards are normally foiled to order, and therefore may take longer than standard delivery times, we will contact you when the order is ready to despatch. local customers may wish to collect their Wedding Stationery. 

We cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Any items out of stock for more than a week wll be placed on Back Order. Back Orders will be held for one month only. Items may be re-ordered and a refund will be given on Items still out of stock after 1 month that have already been charged for.
